Has anyone noticed a massive increase in spam after signing up for this?

 

I used my personal address to do it which I don't normally use for anything and gets next to no spam. Since then I get 2 or 3 spam emails a day for credit cards/PPI claims.

Not me. I get the occasional email from them, but spam levels haven't changed. I get very little.
