Group MIS Analyst – Buckinghamshire *** URGENT ***

Contract up to £250 - £300 per day (PAYE / Umbrella) depending on experience.

Our client, a large School’s Group in Buckinghamshire with an international network of over 60 schools are looking to recruit a Group MIS Analyst to support the improvement of the company’s Group Information systems and help develop new systems and processes, to provide management with high quality and timely information to underpin business processes and decision making.

 

This position will be offered on a 3-month rolling contract and to be considered for this post, you must have excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities with a natural attention to detail and quality of output.

 

Your previous experience must include :

· Design, development and administration of relational (and/or other) database systems.

· At least 5 years IT systems experience (systems / application development or systems analysis).

· Demonstrable experience of systems testing techniques and procedures.

· Translation of business data/reporting/interface requirements into technical solutions.

· IT Systems Management experience (desirable but not essential).

 

 

Your technical skills must include :

· Advanced Excel

· Systems Analysis

· Database Design, Development, Administration and Optimisation

· Systems Testing Techniques

· One or more of Filemaker, SQL, HTML, Java, HTML MS Access, Selenium or SSRS

· School Admissions Systems such as SIMS, WCBS (School Portal) and iSAMS would be an advantage
