Apple Configurator Issues

Hello,

 

I am having issues with apple configurator which i have not had before, any help would be great

 

When i hook up my iPad and refresh i'm getting the error message Unable to install IOS 9.3.2, Failed to copy preflight options during recovery. Code 3014

I have added a screen show in attachments

 

I have tried the following below:

 

Downloaded the latest restore firmware and copied to the following location: ~\Library\Containers\com.apple.configurator\Data\L ibrary\Caches\com.apple.configurator\Firmware

Took the IP address out of the web filtering restrictions

Closed itunes down

Updated itunes
