Office 365 questions

I've got two primary schools both running Exchange 2007 on-premises and I'm currently looking at the options available with Office 365.

Each school has its own domain name so do I need to create a new organizational account for each?

I've seen that there's a choice between hybrid or cloud only, what are the pros and cons?

How does Office 365 work with regards to staff and pupils? I've seen the word tenancy pop-up often.

Thanks in advance.

A tenancy is just the account really. Assuming these schools are completely separate and not part of a MAT then each would have its own tenancy.

For a primary you may as well go Cloud only. Most schools are cloud and would enable you to get rid of the Exchange box completely.

The schools are in a trust but everything is still separate.

They can still be separate within a single tenant but more config is required.

Depends on what the future play of the trust is.

If we were to stay separate for now what would you say is the better option?
