Anyone use Vodafone Broadband?

As the title suggests does anyone use Vodafone for their internet at home? I was looking for a Fibre deal and as an existing Vodafone customer for my mobile they are offering a good deal for Fibre up until the 31 May. As they are fairly new I was looking for some reviews but the only ones I can find are pretty poor. Normally such poor reviews would put me off, but the only people leaving reviews tend to be those who are frustrated and get poor service. Also had a colleague who signed up with Plusnet and had lots of problems getting their Phone & Fibre sorted.

At one of our sites we use Vodafone fibre - we're a virgin fibre customer but this site was off-net. No problems so far! But it is vodafone business.

I'm currently with Plusnet and called them last night to see what they could offer me. They wouldn't offer me a similar deal to new customers unless I took out a 2 year contract. I told them I didn't want 2 years and they said they couldn't offer me anything different. Rather dissappointed with their response to be honest.

Try and check with people in your area to see what their connection is like. Someone I used to work with had Virgin fiber put in and it was complete junk. In the 2-3 months he had it the connection was down more than it was up. Even when it was working it was slow as hell. Had multiple engineer callouts and in the end canceled and went with someone else. They tried to charge him cancellation fee's but he basically told them to do one.

That's the thing, I don't know anyone else who has it. I'm just not sure I fancy going with the unknown as yet.
