Recommended educational iPad software/apps

I'm kinda passing on a request from a teacher, who is wanting to know what educational apps are being used in other schools?

 

So, which apps are you using/do you recommend? (please also specify an age range if applicable; on this occasion I want to know about junior school level, but also work with schools at other levels, so please feel free to contribute with other age ranges).

Hello

 

We never used iPads with the students in my last school but a few of the teaching staff had them and one of the most useful things we implemented was the SIMS Teacher app as it integrated with Office 365 to which we had access through our licensing.

 

Other than that staff were very much left to explore apps and I know the Maths and Food Technology departments found a lot of useful apps.

Hi, In Spain, there is one educational company that is delivering educational apps for tablets. You can find more information in Smile and Learn. Educación Infantil y Tecnología They are introducing educational apps in schools in Spain. Hope you like it.

Here are all of our apps on VPP - some free, some not. Some may also be for subscription services (like RM Maths, Big Cat Assessment and Mash Cams)
