claireadams Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Am I missing something really obvious? When we've installed outlook on our android phones and synced the contacts (Which we want to do) all the original contacts that were on the phone seem to disappear. Surely this isn't right and we've just missed a feature to turn off?
X-13 Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 (edited) I'm assuming you mean the contacts in the phone address book? It could be that it merged them together in the outlook contacts list, but the phone is only showing local/google ones. Have a check in the address book to see if you can change which one it uses.
