snagrat Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Done many Office 365 setups and every time when I verify the .sch.uk domain it automatically approves you as a EDU customer and away you go. Done two today and both are still in trial mode. These were both done via the new preview centre. Anyone else had this? Do I just wait for someone at MS to manually approve it or do I have to take it up with billing support?
ricki Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Thought it took up to 24 hours but I know some changes with office 365 recently. Richard
defrostie Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 (edited) Hi @snagrat, how did you resolve this? Like yourself, I have set up a number of Office 365 for Edu tenants for schools and not had this issue. They were all back when we had the old Admin Portal, is that the issue? The '.sch.uk' domain name has been verified, but we are still on the trial version. Edited February 10, 2017 by lukefrost Additional info.
snagrat Posted February 10, 2017 Author Posted February 10, 2017 Raise a ticket with support and they will verify it for you. They may need you to answer some questions. They normally call within an hour but I never answer so it forces them to email. 1
