Outlook syncing

Hi.

Im not sure if this is the right forum for this, so forgive me if it isnt:

Is there a way i can filter what outlook syncs to my mobile?

For example, i have my contacts organised into catagories, but i dont want all of those catagories sent to my phone. Only certain ones.

 

Possible?

what version of outlook are you using?

Syncing with the Nokia software..b

Then suspect you need an updated version of nokia software for outlook 2007 to work but do not know for sure.
