Changing the unhappy cyclops picture on the login (username/pw) screen

I removed all images from the 'User account pictures' and the user image still shows on the login screen on the anniversary update. How do you get rid of it??

Just looking to do this again. After the anniversary update that reset the pictures and removed the user pictures folder. I am attempting to create a new one myself to see if that will work.
