Seems to be okay here. Never used it before, but just installed to test.

Quite like the look of the extension actually, might use it!

Where's the greyed out box appearing for you?

It just won't install - like it has been blocked on our domain but I can see where. The "add to chrome" is greyed for us

Thank you for helping. I'll have another look at our settings.

Yes, sounds like it's a chrome setting/filter problem.

If your administrator sets out Chrome policies via GPO, you will see icons like this: 74cd307ec06502a2072873b0f1f75c97.png on the settings page.

They may have created predefined black/whitelists for extensions.

The policies are set using GAFE and not in GPO.

If I sign into the browser in a non domain account it's fine, if I sign in using a GAFE domain account it doesn't . BUT there is nothing obviously preventing it from being installed. Unless it conflicts with another app - classroom etc?

Not familiar with GAFE sorry. However, from what you've said it does sound like a policy related setting.

Can you exclude your domain account from any GAFE policies completely and see if that does it?

As I said, not familiar with GAFE though, so this may not even be possible...

it seems only GAFE domain accounts are affected

It looks like it doesn't let anyone at in the school domain add it when they are logged into the browser.

If I deploy it to staff/students through the admin console it works fine ?!?
