Something like Ping Pong app...

Hi,

 

Im looking into a quiz app for a teacher on her ipad to be used in the classroom. The one the teacher has found so far is ping pong however that relies on teacher/host signing in through social media. Does anyone know of any good quiz apps that dont require social media to have a class quiz.

Doesn't PingPong allow GAfE login? If you've got iPads but not GAfE, it might be worth looking into, since it's such a common login option and saves teachers/students setting up separate accounts for all sorts of things.

 

As an alternative to PingPong, you could try Socrative or Nearpod. Both also do GAfE login, but I think you can register for an account with the app as well. I thought one of them used to do Office365 login, too, but can't now find the option. Both of these require a bit more setup, as you have to actually put the questions into the app and build the 'quiz' ahead of time, but i think you get a bit more feedback (e.g. responses exportable as CSV) in return.
