Adding Replacement HP Switch Into Stack

Hi All,

 

I have a stack (4) of HP 2920 POE switches and one failed on me last week, it's completely dead so HP are sending a replacement out to me.

 

How to I add this replacement switch back into the stack?

You're going to need to determine which of the 4 have failed. Member or commander? What configuration is your stack? Ring or chain

I would recommend reading the hp 2920 stacking tech white pages. This explains how to effectively remove a failed switch and add a new one.
