Backing up using Veeam

Hi all,

 

I am backing up my Virtual Servers using a script running free Veeam. It has been working for ages but has recently started randomly failing. I've had a look and at the exact moment it fails I also have this in my event log;

 

Information - VSS - 8224

The VSS service is shutting down due to idle timeout.

 

I have of course Googled this and found this which says under resolve "This is a normal condition. No further action is required." I beg to differ as it's making my backups fail! Has anyone got any suggestions please?
