Cannot install Windows update KB3148198

I had the same problem on April 30. Actually I was unable to install any of the 14 updates. I called Microsoft tech and he took over my computer, but could not fix the problem. He said he would escalate my case and someone else would call me the next day (Sunday, yesterday). Two hours later on Saturday as I was shutting down my computer I got a message that one of the updates was preparing to be installed and my computer was configuring. Sunday morning I was able to download and install all the other updates except KB 3148198.I got error code 800B0100. I told tech what happened & he said he would research it and get back to me, but I have not heard from him. Does anyone have a solution?
