Where do my print jobs go

Hi there

We've set things up so the macs print to an IP printer on a windows print server.

The trouble I'm having is jobs get backed up. When you go to the printers and faxes folder on the individual macs you can't see the print jobs....

You jump onto the print server and they aren't sitting there....but they are being sent to the printer ( loads of Iphoto high res print jobs!)

 

Do you have to use Cups to view these print jobs for all users or is there a way of seeing the print jobs for all users in the print and fax area of OS X?

 

It has been a long term mystery for me how to cancel print jobs and where they seem to be going......(they are not sitting on the printer!)
