I've just come across Orp, a combination 96dB horn and light for a bike. Rechargeable too. It looks like they do international shipping too! I don't know how many beeps per charge you get. I'm tempted to get one - it will fit on the Brompton easier than the AirZound - Bike Horn (which I find interferes with the folding).
