Kindle parental Controls Problem

Hi,

We have several kindles in school, which have parental controls enabled on them. We have blocked the installation of games and such. However we have found that although the kids cannot de-register the kindle without the parental control password. However they can factory reset them.

Does anyone know anyway to stop them from doing this?
