alfatec Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 Just in the final throws of trying to apply our corporate colours to our build. Have changed the default background, Login screen image and set the colour for the default user which are all mainly purple. Only issue I have is when a Student logs off the log off screen goes back to the default windows blue. Anybody else have this problem?
Garacesh Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 I, too, have been hunting for this. If you login as local admin and change the colour scheme, it changes for the computer, such as when you log off, you still get the new colour. (I haven't tested if logging in as a network user keeps the colour scheme, though I suspect it does).. However, searching the registry for the related hex codes has turned up nothing, and Computer Configuration, Policies, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Personalization, Force a specific background and accent color is broken for Windows 10. Depending on what you enter, your values will either be completely ignored, or rendered as #000000 I'm testing writing my own theme, but I suspect I'll only be able to apply this to users, leaving the CAD/Login screens as the default blue.
alfatec Posted April 19, 2016 Author Posted April 19, 2016 Yea have spent ages trying to find the same solution. Have tried creating a theme and it applies but still the same when logging off. Just wondering if it applies a picture at the logoff as in the Windows web folder is a jpg that is the same as the default logoff colour but cannot change it!!!!
Scorpio Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 Anyone find out how to do this ? I know its an old thread...
