Recover Configurator. "~/Library/Containers/" Doesn't exist on backups

Had a HDD crash on the mac with apple configurator.

 

Trying to recover using the apple configurator guide

But cant find any folder with

 

com.apple.configurator

 

 

Its configurator V1.

 

Any ideas, dont really want to restore the whole mac and we have paid apps that are already registered to the old installation.
