Morning,

We have had quite a few technicians contact us recently asking about what (if any) capabilities we have for managing multi-site installations. With the growing presence of Multi-Academy Trusts we appreciate there is an increasing demand for supporting this type of infrastructure and equally, older products, don't appear to have the architecture to support this extra scope.

We now include within NetSupport DNA a unique Gateway component, that allows multiple sites to connect and send their data securely back to a central server, so that Trust based reporting and Inventories can be undertaken. The Gateway components are supplied free with NetSupport DNA, alongside our free Mobile Server so that Technicians can provide remote support from their Mobile or Tablet ( iOS & Android). As part of the configuration, for each Operator account created within NetSupport DNA, access can be set for the whole enterprise or limited to a specific school or department within the hierarchy. It ensures total flexibility for every school.

This also benefits with the Safeguarding features in NetSupport DNA, as it ensures the Safeguarding leads in each school only have access to their own student data, but keyword lists and system updates benefit all.

NetSupport Remote Control capabilities also provide the option of a free Gateway allowing for secure remote control over both TCP/IP or HTTP. Again this feature in Addition to our desktop versions is also supported by our Remote Control Apps for Android and iOS to ensure technicians can deliver support while on the move.

You'll see lots more updates from NetSupport over the coming weeks, but i hope this clarifies our full "Multi - Site" support. You can download a free 30 day trial of NetSupport DNA from NetSupport DNA - IT Asset Management for Schools

Thanks again,

Al.
