[sims] Teacher's preferred name - AM7

Odd one. Registration tutor who is known by a preferred name and doesn't want her legal first name on documentation. Assessment manager doesn't want to know about preferred names and goes for the legal one every time!

Apart from manually editing every document export from Assessment Manager, is there a global setting somewhere?

What sort of documents are you exporting from AM7? We have a couple of teachers with different preferred names, and when I pull through class teacher on individual reports, it picks up what the teacher is called in Manage Classroom Staff. In any case, we choose the one with format Mrs S. Smith, so first name doesn't show. I can't think of anywhere that reports show legal names.
