SMART ink not working with professors H-ITT app from her mapped network drive

Hello I recently discovered SMART ink is not annotating over a professors document in an App (H-ITT) she opens from her mapped network drive. It works in all locally installed apps but when opening from her drive it stops working or annotating. We try to use the inking buttons on the SMART monitor also from settings, we have tried multiple other troubleshoot methods. The method that eventually worked semi-decent (but still has lag) was rolling back to a previous version of SMART ink. The version we were running before rolling back was 3.2.1114, the previous version is 2.3.615. It works in her other classrooms she teaches in but not in these two we are having issues with. It really wouldn't make since if the app she runs from her mapped drive is working in the other classrooms, but not in these two. I have noted all the versions in each classroom for each of the applications i.e. SMART ink, H-ITT app, SMART product drivers and they were all the same. I'm running out of ideas so hence the posting. Please respond back if you have any ideas ill let you know if I have tried it but any idea will help and is much appreciated. Addison
