Roaming Outlook data without Roaming Profiles?

We use Outlook a lot, all Pupils use it and therefore currently use Roaming Profiles.

 

Does anyone know a way of having the Outlook data roam without using Roaming Profiles?

Yes but for the life of me I cant remember what its called , its from Microsoft and it only syncs the settings and configuration changes of the programs you want

Yes but UE-V only syncs settings so each time a student roams Outlook will download everything again.

 

With RP the data is already present and just downloads any new emails

You could turn off Cached mode so that it doesn't actually download anything, just works directly off the server? (assuming your using Exchange/Office 365)
