Jamie_a Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I`m wanting to do a report on student attendence with the following Report Name: effective on: 29/01/2008 l Data area: Student - Population: On roll l Data Fields: Forename, Surname, Reg group; Number of lesson marks of each student where Mark is / : Present (AM) or \ : Present (PM) l Filter Students l Use the default sort order: Surname, Legal Forename l Default Output: Excel Duplicates suppressed in complex reports Report Title: It seems to be counting 2 marks for some lessons for some students, I`m assuming this is where teachers would press the save more than once, Any ideas how I can count these marks only once.
sahmeepee Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 You might have more luck on the Supportnet forums or by logging a call if you haven't already. We only do statutory registration so I'm not sure I can help. I have noticed that sometimes doing a "preview" in the report designer and then running the report from there gives different results, often favourable!
