CHiLL Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 We are rolling out SIMS using SOLUS, which is proving not to be the most friendly thing in the world. Is there a way through Group Policy that we can restrict the usage of SIMS to a specific security group for example?
Steve21 Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Can't you just use Software restriction to block the SIMs exe etc if that's what you mean? Not sure why though if they don't have a login Or did you mean in regards to Solus GUI access? Steve
bobsmith Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Don't assign the program set to student user types?
Greg Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Are you deploying SIMS to more than just Staff machines? If yes, then SIMS usage is controlled by logins.
