wireless problems

I was wondering if you can give me some help?

This is our network.

We use Tavcc wireless

What we what to do is to create a new wireless for 20 laptops to use. Separate from our normal network

We want to use there mac address as identification.

We have tried to do it but it then changes our main Tavcc wireless

What am I not doing?

If you use a strong enough WPA2-PSK AES key, then adding Mac address authentication will add 'some' benefit, but for the work, it's just not worth it.
