Google Drive Auto Complete / Name suggestion when sharing

Hi,

 

I have 2 schools using Google Drive. The first one when you share a file and start typing the first few letters of the name or group you want to share to, it will suggest the name of the user or group. The other tenant doesn't do this at all, I type the first few letters and it doesn't suggest any names.

 

Any thoughts please? Is this something that needs turning on?
