[Office 2016] Outlook

We are preparing out systems for Office2016 on Windows 10 for summer roll out and come across a little problem with Outlook 2016. The problem is Outlook reports an error at first run (see here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrZrySKbUTY). We are running OnPrem Ex2010. Will do some further testing but having to remove the default profile is going to be a PITA.
