Windows 7 Issue

Morning

 

Have got an issue affecting one user when it states:

 

The program can't start because gdiplus.dll is missing from your computer.

Does any one have any ideas what gdiplus.dll is and how I could resolve this issue, trying to avoid reimaging the machine.

I think that one was Dot Net? Uninstall and reinstall should fix it if so.
