We have RM maths installed but not able to add new students / amend old ones etc as the teacher program greys out all the options when logging on... Logged a call with RM who now no longer support it but gave me a tech note on using an override password - which I can then re use to set a new admin password . BUT... The password doesn't work ... Any ideas on why the options are greyed out? AFAIK I am using admin login...
