SPAM and Content Filtering

Just wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions on SPAM filtering and content filtering.

 

We currently use GFI Mail Essentials for our SPAM filter, and Netsweeper for our Content Filtering.

 

What do other people use, what do people suggest? We also use Securus for SafeGuarding and monitoring.

 

We have been having issues with GFI, its letting through far too much SPAM.
