localzuk Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 So, in a few hours, Minecraft 1.9 will be released in all its blocky glory. I'm thinking I may spin up a quick 1.9 vanilla server to play around in and see what's different. Anyone interested? Probably won't be a long lived one, but you never know. Vanilla doesn't take much in terms of resources!
mthomas08 Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 I may be tempted instead of worrying about FFXIV today..
Arreks Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 I'll probably give it a whirl I may be tempted instead of worrying about FFXIV today.. Another FFXIV player? oooh. Dat new patch tho.

Domo Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 Another FFXIV player? oooh. Dat new patch tho. And another (not been subbed for a little bit though) I'd be fairly interested in a little Vanilla play around for a bit. Probably hold my attention longer than the FTB one did as i had literally no idea what i was doing IGN's Skoir if you're throwing a whitelist on it anyway!

mthomas08 Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 Well last night I looked in to Realms (hey it's free for little bit) and a mate is going to try find the map we built up. To be honest if he finds that map I may be tempted to stick it on Realms. He found 2 worlds which worked but it isn't the main one I wanted.
localzuk Posted March 1, 2016 Author Posted March 1, 2016 1.9 server went up last night. Details here - http://www.edugeek.net/forums/edugeek-minecraft/166809-edugeek-minecraft-1-9-vanilla-server-details.html
