EIS Down

Hi

 

Anyone else having issues, just notice ALL EIS services down including any DNS forwards emails etc. Hopefully it can get sorted before Monday

 

Not sure anyone from EIS read this but was interested to find out what the issue is?? Anyone else have any idea looking at it seem they having pretty big issues again!!!!

Hello, yes we have a DNS issue with our network provider. A major incident has been raised with them and we are awaiting an update. If you need to access to services I can provide you with a host file as a temporary work around. I apologise on behalf of EIS for the inconvenience.
