Google Chrome Extension Whitelist LanSchool Web Helper

I have all the extensions locked down in chrome GPO with a whitelist of the ones I need. This currently on has the 'id' for Enlight ECDL plugin that I have also 'force installed' without an issue.

 

I have gone to add the LanSchool WebHelper Extension id and it still says it is blocked if I try to add it manually, and fails to add automatically. The 'id' I have for this is honjcnefekfnompampcpmcdadibmjhlk I have checked this on both the Chrome Store and LanSchool knowledgebase.

 

Has anyone had similar issues, and if so how was it resolved?
