The College is a Multi-Academy Trust and is in the process of planning the support and integration of partner schools with our family, so this role will take on a number of my operational activities. Good technical skills are a given, but broader thinking and a proactive approach to service improvements will be highly valuable.

 

Norfolk is a fantastic place to live and work and the College is very unusual for a state school, being more like a medium sized hotel business. I hope some of you may consider this a good move and apply.
