If I have more then one update and open from the notifications it forces close and I have to open the app again. Not sure if anyone else has the problem. I have cleared the cache.

Me too. I thought it was just my phone.

When i open the App from the notification i just get the attached screen. If i click on the 3 lines top left of screen it opens up a white box. I have cleared the cache. This only happens if i have more then open update.

That's strange. My Pixel 2 XL phone is running Android 8.1.0 with the 05/01/2018 security patch level.

 

Is your tablet the same?

Yes I'm on the same version of android, but there is a chance we're not on the same versions of the app as I get alpha updates. ZH will know.

The EduGeek app says the JPEG image has the incorrect file extension. It's right, it does (because the screenshot is a PNG!!!!!!!!) :doh:

Its not being blocked by us so it must be an app bug. I have reported that and the multiple notifications issue as well.

Can someone quickly retest the png problem?

A new build went out a few days ago but I am not sure if it fixed that or not, we are hopefully getting close to a final build to go live/public with.

On iOS I have actually had notifications disappear when opening the app. Your reply actually did it. I got the notification but when I opened the notification tab it was not listed. I am wondering if there is a bug with notifications in general.

I just checked iOS v Android. They are the same at least. However, according to the notifications list, there are none since yesterday afternoon... which isn’t true. I’ve had notifications about this thread to start with

Not sure if it's just me, I'm still getting the notification problem with multiple notifications.

 

Also when I have a single notification the app opens but on the 1st page of the thread and not the post.

I think it’s safe to say notifications are not working as expected on either app at the moment!

@ZeroHour just sent me a link to this thread in a PM. I opened it in the app and the link opened in a web browser window and not within the app.
