RabbieBurns Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 I have an NPS server I use for RADIUS for authenticating users on to our wireless network. The first time they join the wifi, they are prompted to accept the un-trusted locally generated certificate. This cert expires in a couple of days. Is it as simple as renewing the cert with the same key, and will the clients simply update the cert? Or will they get prompted again to trust the new certificate? Or will they lose wireless access altogether? We have mostly OSX and iOS clients, with a handful of windows laptops, Im really hoping this doesnt cause a massive problem!
SpaceInvader83 Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 From memory it really is that simple, I'm pretty sure I renewed and chose renew with new key and it worked seamlessly . 1
