HP MFPs and Papercut

Does anyone else here run large HP MFP's (i.e. the Laserjet Flow M630s, M830s etc) on Papercut MF?

We're having some annoying issues where Papercut keeps losing it's shared accounts even on a brand spanking new server. Papercut was imported over as were the printers, so we're fairly sure it's printer drivers/software and the only thing that's new since this started happening in September was the addition of 4 large HP mfp's in our Repro department.

Papercut have absolutely no idea what's going on although have spent considerable time investigating with us (they've been awesome) so we're starting to clutch at straws.
