Win 10 & SBS2011

We are starting to change all our clients to Win10.

 

We have an SBS2011 server and at the moment the only way I can manage Win 10 GPOs on the server is via RSAT installed on one of the Win 10 clients. Is there anyway I can manage Win 10 GPOs directly on the server

SBS2011 is built on 2008R2
