Sketchup 2016 3D warehouse Issue

I have deployed Sketchup 2016 but have this annoying issue when users try to access models from the 3D warehouse button, it basically says that it cant connect to 3d warehouse.

 

If they close sketchup, open a browser and navigate to the 3dwarehouse.shetchup.com webpage then open sketchup and try again it works!!!! I would love to know how anyone else has managed to get this to work.
