I want to allow access to devices and printers, but deny access to all other control panel apps and the Settings screen. However, the only way I can deny access to Settings is by blocking Control Panel completely. I am happy just putting in a shortcut to the allowed devices and printers, but I can't find what to create the shortcut to. My google skills are failing me today - can anyone help?

It's OK I fixed it. Got my google-foo back, and found that creating a shortcut to %windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A} allows access to Devices and Printers. I have Devices and Printers as an allowed Control Panel applet, so adding this shortcut to the start menu allows students to access Devices and Printers.
