CAM Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Got my MTA in Database Fundamentals. Was a nice refresher of some very rusty database skills. I'll be going over the Virtual Academy stuff again at some point as a number of questions had me scratching my head! 1

elsiegee40 Posted January 25, 2016 Author Posted January 25, 2016 The M$ website https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/learning/mta-certification.aspx "If you’re not affiliated with an academic institution, you can take MTA exams at a Pearson VUE test centre"... exam cost £76 each. Well done all you guys taking them at BETT! 1

jonnykewell1 Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Hi all, i'm looking to print out a copy of my certificate but I can't seem to link the Certiport account to my exisiting MCP account. The certiport account is assigned a different e-mail to my MCP account as this was setup with hotmail which I don't use that often. Could this be the problem as When I click the links in the Microsoft e-mail it goes to my MCP homepage and nothing updates. I've managed to find the Certification ID and Access code on Certiport but is there somewhere I need to enter that information on the MCP site?

I've e-mailed Microsoft with my certification ID asking what the crack is. Edited February 10, 2016 by Joanne
RowlandoGloom Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 I had a similar problem. I phoned MS, really helpful, said it would take a few days, a few hours more like. Really pleased.
Joanne Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Yep I phoned them. Apparently I had two accounts and they had to merge them. Wonder if it was from when I did a Server administration course way back when.... Got my certs now. Awww yiisssss. 2
