Office 365 - Sharing files / folders to groups

Good Morning,

 

I have Office 365 synced up to AD via Microsoft Azure and can see AD groups in Office 365.

 

When a teacher shares a file or folder with a group, the users do not get a notification and cannot see the files / folders in 'Shared With Me' They do if shared individually.

 

They can use the 'search' in OneDrive and find the folder that has been shared but have no way of automatically finding a link to it.

 

Any ideas on the best way of making this work?
