Error: Favorites is not a valid short file name

Hi all,

 

Sorry if this is in the wrong Forum!

 

We're having an issue when staff try to launch some software (Comic Life) , in which we get the error: "favorites is not a valid short file name". It works fine for students however.

 

I found this on the dell site, which made me wonder if it was anything to do with redirected folders policy, but they're configured the same for staff and students here.

 

Seems Bizarre, that the kids can use the software and the staff can't.

 

Anyone got any suggestions?
