OMR not working

Hi Guys,

 

We moved the OMR to a new computer and have been getting problems with the OMR. The computer can communicate with the OMR but when reading a sheet it says "Sheet is the wrong Type". It is the same sheets we have been using for years. I have also tried moving the OMR back to the pc to check and it now has the same problem there as well. We are using a serial converter. Has anyone come across this?
