Are you rolling it out and if so, how? (Profile/Start issue?)

I have encountered an issue where I found the start menu does not roam (by Microsoft's design) and as I tell the machine to remove cached copies of the roaming profile when the user logs off, causes issues with blank start menu's upon subsequent logins.

With that in mind, I wonder if those of you who are deploying Windows 10 to their networks can tell me how you are getting around this? Do you simply not customise the start screen at all or do you allow cached profile copies to remain on the computer? I used to find that caused alot of issues over time but would love to hear from someone who has it working.

 

Mandatory profiles are out the question as my users (well the staff anyway) will go nuts if they have to pin items to the taskbar every time they sign in.

 

Thank you and hope that makes sense. I see this as a real problem but some of you seem to be steaming ahead with the deployment.
