Sim's lateness to lesson reports

I'm new

 

Could anyone tell me how I create a lateness to lesson report. I need it to show lateness by periods for the whole school. I've looked in lesson monitor, however I can't see it.

isn't it possible to enter a late mark without putting minutes late?

 

The report doesn't seem to pick those up.
