mattianuk Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Hi all My team is expanding again, and will soon be at 7 people. I wanted to move away from the Performance management documents the school provide, as they are geared towards teachers. I wondered if anyone had any IT specific documents at all? Cheers Matt

Cheers Matt Take advice from your school. The nature of performance management, etc should be set out in the school's policies. Changing it means the school is not doing it the way it says in those policies. Should a member of staff have a grievance in future, not necessarily one of your team, the failure to apply policy and practice consistently can put the school in a difficult position. I'm not saying don't change it. Just make sure the school is completely happy that change in practice still leaves them covered legally. Edited November 30, 2015 by elsiegee40
mattianuk Posted November 30, 2015 Author Posted November 30, 2015 I have, I am working with AH in charge of PM and as I am a member of SMT it has been discussed that this is the right route to take - but I was just after some starting points rather then from scratch. 1
peter23b Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 I think it should be according to the school's policies. Each one of the institutions will have their own policies, so planning according wil be more good. If you are looking for a document management system, then I would prefer Ash Conversions International, who provides a well maintained management system for all sort of things including IT industries.
