It seems to have been broken for months now with browsers not supporting java or the client not working. I seem to keep going round in circles as when you install the client it tells you its the wrong version etc. Are there any notes anywhere on this or is it just plain broken?
Cache Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 They upgraded it to the latest version not too long ago (because I was chasing them more and more). Cache Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 They were supposed to be releasing information about it on the schools portal and somewhere on the BT Lancashire site. I refused to close my call for several months until it was sorted so that I knew what was happening...
